Allison Platt, PLA
Allison Platt is a landscape architect and urban designer with more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of large and small scale design projects including downtown revitalization strategies, town center master plans, urban site and district plans, corridor studies, streetscape and park design and construction documents, and waterfront development plans. A main focus of her work is the identification of development and revitalization opportunities in urban settings. She emphasizes community involvement and often works with economic development specialists to develop realistic plans and help ensure implementation. Complete resume here.
Chad Easter, PE
Chad Easter has been working with The Wooten Company since 2003 where his responsibilities have included the design and construction management of underground utilities, site development, and roadways for municipalities throughout North and South Carolina. Chad has been integral over the course of his career to delivering projects on time, within budget, and of high quality. Having worked in all project phases and by working mainly with local governments, Chad understands the project hurdles that regularly need to be cleared. Customer service—listening and understanding the needs, preferences and experience of his clients to deliver quality projects—is Chad’s specialty.

Fred Rash, PE
Fred Rash has more than 20 years of experience in engineering design and construction management. He specializes in land development projects that involve roads, streetscapes, utilities, stormwater management, grading, and erosion control. He regularly provides cost-estimates, permitting and entitlements for both public and private-sector clients. Over the course of his career, Fred has been responsible for the design of over 100 civil-site development projects serving both the public and private sectors, including work with Allison Platt & Associates on the award-winning Goldsboro’s Center Street Streetscape Revitalization.
Owner of Encore Arts, LLC, Eric Hyne has provided illustrations for nearly a thousand public and private development efforts since 1987. Eric’s artist’s conceptions have been used in public hearings, printed in books and newspapers, and featured in project publications facilitating planning efforts all over the United States and in more than 2 dozen nations. From Heads of State to lawmakers, officials and investors to millions of residents and concerned citizens, Eric’s sketches have been the key to making plans, goals and visions understandable. Simply put, Eric’s artwork brings a plan to life. Eric and Allison have worked together for more than 25 years.
